How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Go to the Civilian Refit Program page and select the option that fits your needs best. Once you have completed the purchase, you’re in! Your program will start on the Monday immediately following your purchase.
What's the difference between the packages?

We want to match our programs to your needs. The Essentials program gives you all of the course material with the flexibility of starting whenever you want and taking things at your own pace. Our Cohort enhanced package gives you all of the great content from the Essentials program with the addition of unlimited one-on-one support from a certified coach. This access allows you to ask all of your questions and get feedback from a coach who is dedicated to your success.
What happens if it doesn't work?

Civilian Refit offers a money back guarantee for any of our participants who complete our program and do not feel that it has accomplished it's purpose. See the next question about our satisfaction guarantee for more details!
What is the satisfaction guarantee?

We guarantee that if you participate in our program through all 15 days that you will have a more clear and confident idea of who you are, what work would be worth doing, and how to find and secure jobs that fit best for you. If you feel that we have not satisfied this by the end of your program, we will refund your money in full. We would also love to hear what you think we were missing or didn't fulfill so we can make changes and improve our programs for those who come next! This guarantee is good up to 30 days after your initial purchase.
How do you know what I need to transition well?

Civilian Refit was designed by two brothers who know how to walk through transition. With one being a service vet, we know what it’s like to step back into the civilian world after a military career. With the other being a certified coach and educator, we know how to create and deliver content that meets your needs. Plus, we actually care! Tell us more about how we can help!
How long does the refit program take?

The Civilian Refit program is built to take three weeks. Our program allows for you to do things as fast or slow as you want, giving you the flexibility to meet your needs. However, we recommend doing one day's activity every day on the weekdays for three weeks, allowing yourself the weekends to reflect and catch up on any missed components. These activities each take a different amount of time but we recommend spending at least 30-60 minutes each day to get the most out of this process.
Do you get me a job?

No. We cannot guarantee you a job. However, we will give you the experiences and tools to know what jobs fit best for you and equip you to put your best foot forward in applying for the job or career you truly want.
